Zapier
Overview
A service that connects apps so an action in one automatically triggers an action in another, without any coding.
General use
Teams use it to move information between tools automatically, like adding new form responses to a spreadsheet or sending a Slack message when a deal closes.
Insight
The easiest place to start connecting apps, with the widest list of supported tools, so the odds are your app is covered. It gets expensive fast once your automations run often or have many steps, since you pay per task. Complex logic with branches is awkward and better suited to Make or n8n. Best for simple, low-volume connections between apps.
